Topic:
Composing micro frontends with Webpack Module Federation

Time & Date:
TBD

Abstract:

Frontend applications have become much more complex in recent years. That complexity requires a shift in approaching how we organize our teams and codebases. One of the solutions is to break frontend applications into smaller applications that can be developed and deployed easily and independently. For composing these smaller applications, we can use Webpack Module Federation, a feature of Webpack that allows loading different modules at runtime.
In this talk, we will learn the basics of micro frontends and see a real-world example of an application that consists of smaller micro frontends composed together with the help of Webpack Module Federation.
