About Us

Welcome to CREATEQ universe!

We are a Swiss software company with more than 20 years of experience in e-learning, green energy, fintech, aviation and telecommunications industry. Different range of clients, from Germany, Switzerland, Austria and United Kingdom gave us their trust a long time ago to do what we do best – software engineering!

You might have heard about us, we were formerly known as enjoy.ing but it was time for a change so we decided to team up with our colleagues from Switzerland, Moldova and Romania and formed CREATEQ Group.

Our amazing star crew has more than 300 members spread across 5 countries! At CREATEQ we believe in team work and unity, so you will work very closely with colleagues in other countries. And yes, working here includes travelling to other offices or to client countries.

In people and clients, we trust. Luckily for us, that feeling goes both ways. Some of our clients put their trust in our hand 15 years ago and never looked back. What can we say, we really dig long-term projects!

Our software engineering teams’ expertise is constantly growing – we support complete software development life-cycle, using Java (along with SAP Hybris and Adobe Experience Manager) and .NET top technologies, together with Business Analysis, Software Testing, DevOps and technical governance competence, following Scrum as methodology.

We follow a flat organizational structure. It sounds out of this world, but we believe that leadership is too important to leave it to just a few! We foster our planets with carefully chosen talents and partners, growing within our identity to deliver CREATEQ solutions.

Our stary crews are organized in small, but mighty teams or like we call them - planets. That way we give them freedom to make their own decisions and to constantly learn, thus shortening the decision-making pathway. We openly communicate and every problem is solved head on.
