Technical Writer
to join our team in Belgrade

Department : ERM

Position

Technical writer will be a part of the ERM Business Unit. This unit markets, deploys and supports the eFront ERM risk management solution. Under the responsibility of the product manager, and with its support, you will be in charge of describing and documenting the product in all its dimensions.

Your day would include:

• Designing and updating different types of documents: user guides, administration guides, installation guides, release notes, contextual help, etc.
• Capturing relevant information through interviews with subject matter experts, exploration of tobe-documented software, reading relevant materials
• Publishing and distributing documents to documentation sites for internal and external public
• Communicating about published documents to the internal public and, if required, to external public
• Reporting to Product Manager

If you see yourself doing these activities then you probably have :

• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Computer Science or a related field (strong IT skills are recommended)
• Full professional proficiency in written/spoken English, French is a big plus
• Previous experience in Technical Writing, Training, English classes
• Ability to understand and document complex business situations linked to finance and software
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive, persevere and customer-focused

Great to have:

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency – highly recommended
• Experience with Web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.
• Structured Authoring and XML (Author-IT)
• Experience with programming and coding (VB/C#.NET / SQL, etc.)
