Senior Web Developer – Build innovative solutions in the iGaming industry
to join our team in Niš

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to strengthen our team in Niš.

Important note: It is necessary to reside in or near the city of Niš to qualify for this position since the work takes place in Niš. No admissions for remote work will be considered.

Office Location: Niš, Serbia

Office Hours: Full-time, 8-hour workday with flexible hours

THE ROLE

You will be challenged and can expect a wide variety of assignments inside and outside of WordPress, which many of our sites are based on. You will be coding custom solutions across our vast portfolio of websites in collaboration with skilled in-house developers, QA, designers, SEO managers, site/project managers, etc.

As a Senior Web Developer in our Team in Niš, you will be part of a young, skilled, and very ambitious team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement highly scalable solutions in and around the WordPress ecosystem

• Assess the migration of sites to WordPress and have a key role of our revamp process of existing sites

• Provide technical assessment and be part of setting the path for a sustainable migration process in the long run

• Collaborate and review code to ensure a high quality of coding best practices and standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript

• Advanced knowledge of PHP

• Advanced knowledge of WP framework

• Strong knowledge in OOP and design patterns

• Experience working with MySQL

• Experience with implementing API’s

• Versioning control through Git

• Experience with virtual machines

• Experience working with Composer, Npm, Grunt

Apart from that, it would be a plus, but not a requirement, if you know

• ReactJS

• Gutenberg blocks development
