OPTIMAL SYSTEMS was founded in Berlin in 1991. The software development of enaio® and yuuvis® product lines and the management are located there.

For almost 30 years, OPTIMAL SYSTEMS has been supporting companies and public institutions from a wide variety of sectors – from the energy industry to the healthcare sector to the service sector. Our knowledge of the specific challenges of each individual sector and the individual needs of our customers make us a reliable, competent and experienced partner.

The companies of the OPTIMAL SYSTEMS group are located in Germany, Austrian Switzerland and Serbia. They have regional focuses or a sector focus and are responsible for sales as well as consulting for our customers.

OPTIMAL SYSTEMS opened its office in Belgrade in 2018 and it is steadily growing since then with a strong focus to its employees as the main
company asset thus becoming one of the most desirable employers in the region.

In 2020 OPTIMAL SYSTEMS joined the Kyocera Document Solutions Group, which is part of the Kyocera Group.

OPTIMAL SYSTEMS alone has more than 500 employees in DACH region and Belgrade and its software supports companies worldwide in digital archiving, document management and digital workflows.
