Our customer is one of the world’s largest technology companies based in Silicon Valley with operations all over the world. On this project, we are working with modern microservices technology to develop a high-performance low-latency and scalable cloud-based platform. We are looking for an enthusiastic and technology-proficient Senior DevOps Engineer, who is eager to participate and implementation of a top-notch solution to be deployed to a cloud at a massive scale.

DevOps Engineer
to join our team in Belgrade

Responsibilities:

• Building continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, being onsite
• Examining current situation, ability to convince in best practices
• Collaboration with customer’s senior engineers
• Migration of Python application to microservice architecture
• Dockerization of existing applications + automaton of docker images build process
• Designing CI standards, the introduction of best practices, CI pipelines development
• Design and implementation of automatic deployment to Mezos cluster
• Refactoring and maintenance of applications’ functional test coverage

Requirements:

• Jenkins
• Docker
• Python (strong coding skills)
• Strong knowledge of Linux OS and networking
• Git + any Code Review platforms (GitHub, Gerrit, etc)
• Any Cloud platforms (Amazon, Google Cloud, etc)

Will be a plus:

• Ansible
• Flask
• Consul/Vault
• Mesos
• VMWare
• Cloud deployment design experience
• High-load experience
• Experience with deployment and support of production environments
