Due to their business expansion on the Serbian market in newly opened R&D Centre, Adecco is looking for motivated and proactive candidates to join their team in Belgrade.

Field Application Engineer – RF
to join our team in Belgrade

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer, Automation, Electronics, Communications or other related fields
• 3 years of experience in RF development or testing
• Skilled in operating instruments such, radio communication tester, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, oscilloscope etc.
• Excellent written and verbal English, outstanding communication skills with customers
• Must have good analytical and troubleshooting skills; should be able to easily solve common technical problems raised by customers

Preferred experience:

• Strong technical skills with RF, antenna performance measurement
• Skilled in EDA tools e.g. PADS, CAM350; Knowledge in electronic components characteristics and applications; skilled in the operation of multi-meters, oscilloscope and other equipment
• Relevant engineering experience in cellular M2M module or other wireless communications module is a plus

Main responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Quectel’ s full product line, including wireless 5G, LTE, UMTS/HSPA(+), GSM/GPRS and GNSS modules
• Make quick response, offer on-site support to all Quectel customers located throughout Europe, and help them resolve any hardware issues
• Business trip is necessary for on-site support
• Offer feasible Quectel solutions to customers based on their application requirements

• Able to work independently, be self-motivated, has a good team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, a creative problem solver and be easy to get along with others
• Good communication skills & customer orientation
• Willing to travel abroad
