IT Service Expert – IT Billing and Charging
to join our team in Belgrade

If you find it interesting to:

• Provide support and proper functioning of IT Billing and Charging systems
• Deploy new systems, services or functionalities to the production environment
• Proactively resolve issues indicated by any non-typical behavior of the system
• Monitor data and reports deviations and errors in business systems
• Work on Incident/Change/Problem management for IT Billing and Charging systems
• Take part in demand management and business analysis processes
• Develop new tools, applications and scripts
• Organize and carry through functionaltesting for the systems releases and new features
• Optimize business systems for improved performance and operability
• Maintain systems and configuration documentation
• Produce reports ad-hoc and/or on a regular basis
• Plan, organize and carry through training on the functionality of the systems

If you have:

• Experience in IT application planning or support
• Knowledge of SQL and Unix/Linux
• Fluency in English
• University degree in technical sciences
• Excellent technical problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Telco IT systems will be considered as an advantage
• Experience with Ericsson Charging orBilling systems will be considered as an advantage
• Experience with Python programming (or some other language) will be considered as an advantage
