Your responsibilities will mostly include:

• facilitating Scrum ceremonies and helping the team to become self-organizing, as well as motivating them and providing opportunities for development

You are a technical fit if you have:

• minimum of 3-year experience as Scrum Master
• College Degree: Bacc. Ing. Comp. (or similar)
• A scrum master certification CSM/PSM1
• excellent knowledge of English – both written and spoken
• familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile) principles is an advantage
• detailed, systematic and proffesional approach to work
• a strong character that can successfully deal with stress
