About the team:

FIS Front Arena is a leading global provider of financial software. We build systems for financial trading, risk management and position control. Our systems enable banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions to make critical decisions with confidence, execute their orders and follow up their positions. Independent of what asset class being traded: whether it is stocks, commodities, rates or currencies; or whether it’s done through an exchange or over the counter, we’ve got it covered. But that’s just parts of it. We support the whole process from sell-side to buy-side, front-to-back.

What you will be doing:

You will be a part of Market Integrations team that is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of key market integration solutions to brokers, broker networks and exchanges using exchange provided protocols, FIX protocol, etc. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining test cases database for different integrations, based on technical specifications, functional requirements, reported bugs, etc.
• Designing different test scenarios (smoke, regression, integration, benchmark, etc.)
• Perform manual testing.
• Propose and implement test cases automation, using Robot test automation framework.
• Maintain and develop new Robot keywords in Python.
• Work together with development team on client reported issues (analyzing, reproducing, testing resolution).
• Supervising, adapting and innovating testing process in coordination with other teams.

What you bring:

• B Sc. in Computer Science or similar degree.
• Understanding of software development process.
• 5+ years of QA experience.
• 3+ years of QA automation experience.
• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent people and communication skills with fluency in English.

Added bonus if you have:

• Experience in financial markets
• Previous experience with Robot test automation framework and Python.
• Experience with test management tools, preferably TestRail.
• Experience with continuous integration tools.
• Experience with agile development teams.
